Hello fellow Otaku, Yoshi Nin here. I just returned from the annual Taiwan International Book Exhibition (TiBE), the largest book fair in Taiwan and have to say; this lizard is very impressed with the lovely ∈cchi stuffs I found in the Anime and Comics Pavilion. -strokes lizard chin in approval-

Hakodate of Japan is home to the World’s Top 3 Night Skyline View, after Hong Kong and Naples. Or so the Hakodate local guide impressed upon me.

The night view of Hakodate is so achingly beautiful it was nicknamed the “Million Dollar View”, inspired from the glittering lights from the port which looked like a million sparkling diamonds scattered onto a velvet canvas. This signature view can be seen from Mt Hakodate.

Everybody who watches Gintama knows Sakata Gintoki’s tale of how he received his wooden sword (bokken) from a hermit during his school trip to Lake Toya (洞爺湖). Some other times, he claims he bought it as a souvenir during his school trip. Now here’s a titbit, do you know that Lake Toya is a real actual place?

I, Yoshi Nin, was touring Japan a few months back, and decided to circle out Lake Toya on the map to visit.

Along with some friends, I travelled to Malaysia International Toy Fair 2011 at Mid Valley of Kuala Lumpur last week. I saw lots of Pullip dolls, an exhibition of Dweey works, the collection of the Macross Fan Club in Malaysia, Animax Asia’s photo booth, and many babes too!
